Overview

LEAD360’s WYN Academy is proudly launching our General Management Institute on October 27-28, 2021, at Georgetown University. The institute features executive development courses that are integral to the success of senior leaders. Our program is designed to provide strategies for Black leaders to succeed in an ever-changing corporate dynamic.

A Parley on Power

As a valued corporate leader, you are invited to enroll in the WYN Academy’s Power, Influence, and Decision-Making course at the prestigious McDonough School of Business on the campus of Georgetown University.

DAY ONE

Your experience begins with a half-day orientation and interview session. Here, you will have the chance to react to the pre-work, provide insights into your experience and prepare for the next day. During the evening, we invite you to lean in with your peers at a purely social networking dinner.

DAY TWO

The day will start with a deep dive into corporate-level decision-making. This session will include strategy review, simulation, and work group read-outs. Next, we will take topics of power and influence through lectures, projects, and panels. The day promises to be both challenging and rewarding.

Participant Profile

Proven business leaders who hold the title of manager, director, or vice president and aspire to achieve greater P&L experience and perspective.
